On January 16, photographer Xu Xin shared the current changes happening in Shanghai and his perception of the city through his lens. The depiction of cities is closely related to photography. Many photographers have done works related to the city throughout the history of photography, using their unique visual language to focus on its development. In this issue of Photo Club, Xu Xin starts with his long-term project "The Metropolis", a series that gives us a glimpse of his life as a child and a different perspective on the city's development.
